About US

Rentals Equipment, LLC is owned and operated by Mr. Bruce M. Bourgeois, Sr. He has been a lifelong resident of Louisiana, and has been a successful businessman for the last 22 years. The following key people make up the management structure of the company:

 

Bruce M. Bourgeois

Executive Manager, Management

 

Mr. Bourgeois has owned Quality Fab Mechanical since 1989 along with several other successful Louisiana businesses. He has been in the mechanical engineering field since 1975. With Bruce's expertise and practical common sence approach and mechanical and structural expertise he has developed and implemented several large scale projects Mr. Bourgeois has many contacts with many major builders within the commercial and industrial markets. He also has strong contacts with many managers of large industries, and has worked with many of the smaller subcontractors in the area. His knowledge of the rental industry is strongly based upon his experiences as a customer.

 

Lorna O. Bourgeois

Director of Treasury, Management

 

Lorna Bourgeois has over 26 years of managementexperience and over 20 years of experience in accounting and bookeeping. Her strong organizational skills makesher the lifeline of the company.  She has a flair for realestate ventures and interior design.  Mr. and Mrs. Bourgeois started quality Fab Mechanical, LLC in 1989,which has led to 10 other successful business ventures.They have been married since 1976 and have 3 children. Mrs. Bourgeois currently manages the accounting and organizational responsibilities of all of their companies.

 

Concept:

 

Rentals Equipment Services, LLC began in June 2003. The business venture was created to serveniches in the market place and supported by other entities owned and operated by Mr. Bruce and Mrs. Lorna Bourgeois. Each has a role and sometimes wearing multiple hats to get the job done right. Alf take ownership and place high value on customer satisfaction.

 

Independently at RES the dedication of the ownership, management and staff has made its mark on the focal level. Each one of the employee's is selected by the Ownership and Management to incorporate their individual values into Our Team Concept.

 

Like any new venture a survey of clients not served among the rental giants was taken. Mr. Bourgeois felt there was a significant market in the marine and local grain facilities. By design he incorporated and modified RES equipment to serve that industry at an economical cost. This is one of many niches identified, by the owner's dedication that continues to be a repeat safe.

 

Like the market, our floor is continually updated to support the requirements of our customers. Cooperatively management and the safes team identify future trends and new longer term projects.

 

Staff Profile:

 

Donald Weber has been the St. Rose Stores' equipment manager for the past 8 years and has provided managerial stores/safes experience with Rentals Equipment Service, LLC. Mr. Weber's previous experience includes 30+ years in the construction equipment related industry, which includes terminal and marine operations, business and trade development, project management and cost analysis for various construction companies. Also to Mr. Weber's accreditation is knowledge of heavy construction equipment techniques from small band tools up to large capacity cranes ranging in excess of 300 tons. Responsible for daily planning and organization of work force, deployment of work crews, project planning and cost analysis for areas including construction projects such as highways, site preparation, and vessel and terminal loading operation. Mr. Weber's credentials Me attributed to his previous affiances with terminal operation handled within the private as well as port industry.

 

Sherry Schexnaydre started in the natural gas industry for 16 years working in the accounting department. She then took a 2 year leave from working to raise her children In 2004 she started working at Rentals Equipment Services as a rental coordinator. She is currently employed by them.

 

Franchesca Cox-Hanson handles Rentals Equipment Services accounts payable. She is one of the newest members to our team. Her prior work history of management in the travel and retail sector coupled with her talent in customer service has brought great value to keeping our business running successfully.
